2011 SESG with Fullsac X-pipe, TTS Tuner, 2.0 Fulsac baffles, and dyno at 96 HP and 110 torque by Steve at Fulsac.

I got mine off of ebay.  Haven't seen one like it since.  You might check around several shops do custom covers for harleys so you might find something you like.
