Personally I think they look good as a law enforcement vehicles, black and white compliment the Tourer.
I was at a local bike show and lots of Victories around, the Tourers didn't do much for me but these 2 look great.
Reminds me of a cartoon we had here in Australia called the Jetsons, cartoon was based on life in space, the good old days growing up with decent TV entertainment.

Victory had some Green and White Police Specials at Daytona last year for LEOs to test ride.  I rode a civilian model on a demo run.  Compared to my CVO it was down on power, felt cheap (lots of plastic), handled OK but not as good as my SEUC, and was very smooth.

Local police have a mix of HD and BMW.  BMWs are FAST and quiet.
