I heard there is a HD recall on CVO's. Anyone know about it?

There is a recall concerning the '09-'12 touring bikes for the rear brake light switch. There are at least a couple of threads discussing it. You can check your own bike by going to the "Owners" section of the Harley website. If you input your vin it will tell you whether there are any recalls pertaining to your bike.

NHTSA is the USG source for current or historical recalls. Can check the following link to look up:

I assume since this was posted on the CVO Softail Convertible board that you are asking about recalls for one of those. And the answer is yes, there is a recall for the BCM (body electrical control module). Use either of the methods in the previous posts to check for details.
