I installed them in my bike.  Can't say that they made any difference, but for $10 or so it's worth a try ::)

I've used them exclusively for the past 3 or 4 years.  Why?  I have no idea other than the fact that I've convinced myself that the 103's and bigger seem to  start much easier in the heat down here in the swamp.

It's highly unlikely that you will see any real difference between the stock plugs and the triple platinum's, at least initially.  The advantage of platinum plugs is longevity - platinum electrodes erode much slower than standard electrodes.  That is why the auto manufacturers went to them when they had to warrant the emissions systems for 50k miles.  Recently pulled an original set from one of my four wheeled vehicles with 60k miles, and the gap was still within normal tolerances.

If your experiences are like mine, the stock plugs are lucky to last 10k miles.  This is due to the marginal output of the stock ignition system. As soon as the sharp edges on the electrodes start to round off, the voltage required to fire the plug increases and the engine doesn't start or respond quite as well.  I've changed my personal scheduled maintenance routine to include replacing plugs at 5k mileage intervals with the oil & filter, using stock plugs since the platinum wouldn't provide a real advantage at that short an interval.
