Hi cutbertss,
I saw wher some have gone to Auto Zone and found antennas that fit for a low price,
I have both radio and C/B antennas so I ordered from Freedom Cycle the two antenna kit.
I think the have just the one antenna for the radio if that is all you need.

The standard antenna from autozone or others will work. There is an adapter threaded on the 1/4 stud for the antenna lead. Unthread it and your good to go[smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

You can get in AutoZone one model that is like an old cel car antenna but works for AM?FM radios..

Scot,

JMCorp has one that will adapt the stock antenna to the post.  It's about 10 bucks.  Try them at jmcorp.com.

Scot,
I got my rubber duckie antennae from Freedom Cycles and it was a direct replacement.

Scot, I'm running the Freedom antennas as are many and they work great.  Here's another thread that may help too.

There's another alternative to consider Scott.  If you're interested in just eliminating all the clutter from the rear and avoiding the hassle of swapping antenna locations when the tour pak comes on and off.  These little buggers will fit inside the fairing.  A few have complained of poorer reception when using similar items (Dakota Digital models mostly) but I've had perfectly satisfactory results with mine.  And I like not having the antenna in the back or ever having to screw with it.

Scot,
Here is another source. I was looking at my J&P catalog last night and noticed this - Cycle Whip Antenna for 1980-2006 $9.99

That EXACT antenna is at Checker auto parts for $4.95 + tax, I have it on my tour pack and it works great, they sell it on EBay for 10+ dollars?

I can always find some of that, just a matter of whether I want or should get anymore. The J&P catalog gets bigger and bigger each year, makes great reading in the "library". ;D

J&P and eBay have never been the cheapest places to get stuff that's for sure. :-[
