Hi guys & gals,
I'm going to play Ann Landers here: I sold my bike in September! I bought a lake house (1,300 sq ft) , a pontoon boat, a small jet boat, and we are planning on doubling the size of this home, selling our current home making that our permanent residence. I was running short on cash, liquid cash and began to feel uncomfortable, and then came the irrational thoughts. I am now looking for a new bike and I am reading the text of many of the sellers and their reasons for selling. Dejavu, yeah, I began to rationalize: wow, got the lake house, the boats, winters coming, we will eventually be down a non-paved road, when will I find the time to ride and get use out of the bike moving forward, wife doesn't ride with me (good thing, she talks too much!) A lot of the same chit I am reading by some of the sellers. Truth is, after our annual summer trip, I only put about 400 miles on the bike during the month of August. Considering everything else mentioned above........sounds like a logical decision with good reasoning?

? It sold in 2 days to a very happy camper in Wisconsin, he got a perfect bad ass machine. Hopefully everyone that sells on this thread carry that level of integrity on the sale?
Truth is, if you really like to ride (I do) and your scooter is a stress relief from work, family, and bullchit. Regardless if the bitch sits in the garage and all you do is polish it and stare at it, maybe get that once in a while mental brake ride or whatever......DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE AND SELL YOUR BIKE LIKE I DID!! I will never be able to replace it, in my opinion nothing will ever match this bad boy! I am looking hard, and I will have another scooter very soon.................MAN WAS THAT STUPID.
Hope I have been able to turn one brother around and set them on the right path? This is my story and I'm sticking to it!!!!
