What is the dimensions of the backrest on the 2012 CVO Streetglide? Paid deposit but no bike so I was wondering do I need to replace the pad for a little more comfort for the wife or just install a higher sissy bar?

Definately the higher sissy bar. Try the stock pad and see what she says. My bsr is fine with it, but hated the stock height sissy bar. Plus the stealers usually have several pads in stock.
