I thought this was a nice touch by the dealer, Mobile Bay HD...it's a photo imprinted on a metal plate.  That's the USS Alabama in the background, which is docked permanently in Mobile Bay for visitors.

Those are really nice plaques. Just makes me wonder if that's not something all the dealers could do. They look so much alike coming from different dealerships I would dare guess that they are something the MoCo would provide to dealers? [smiley=nixweiss.gif] I think it would be nice for all new bike owners to get something like this, and especially anyone that purchases a CVO bike.

Agreed Dood...it looks like something the MOCO must provide for the Dealer, but maybe not all of them choose to do this for their customers.  It's just a nice touch, and is something they should all do, particularly for those who purchase their top scoots.  A $32, 000 plaque (not counting extras, of course)...I was pleasantly surprised today when I got home!

Those plaques are really nice. I wonder if one could be made to order for those less fortunate ones that did not have the dealers provide it  [smiley=oops.gif].

Could one of you that has one ask your dealer what the procedure was for getting it done?

I would even pay for it!

Is there a supplier name on the back of them?  Maybe you can order direct with a pic of choice without dealer name.

I got a card with mine that had some information about where it came from...I'll look tonight and post.

I did call the dealer today and thank them for it...the salesman was out, but the parts guy told me that it's something that they do for their customers through an internet site as part of their documentation process.

Chit, it's all I can do to get any warranty work done by my stealer. Forget any freebes.

Not sure how "free" it is MJZ, since it's probably part of their doc fees, but if I'm gonna have to pay the doc fee anyway, might as well get a nice plaque out of it   [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]  And their doc fees are the same as all the others, so WTF...
