You'll be having so much fun with the new feel of the bike, you won't notice the cold. I'll even bet that you don't go straight home...
I was on call and had somebody covering for me while I picked the bike up so I didn't have as much time as I would have liked, however I did make one stop. When I left my mechanics shop I stopped by the dealership to spend some reward points that I had accumulated there. I did have some fun on a few sweeping ramps getting on/off interstate/highway.
The additions I made may not be the best out there... but they are a
BIG improvement over stock!!!! Hitting the brakes and not having any nose dive, running over bumps and not knocking the caps out of your fillings from the OEM air shocks bottoming out, and going thru sweeping turns and not filling the "wiggle" that tightens the sphincter muscle are all welcome improvements.
