i had a new rear tire installed on my 04 road king on saturday.
 $265.00 out the door with tax.
sounds a little ridiculous to me.$165.00 for the tire, $15.00 for the tube, and $72.00 for labor.
does this sound right?
i have the wider rear tire. i thing its an mu85 dunlop with the ww.

Sounds like they charged an hour labor, most likely a reasonable charge for mounting and dismounting at a stealer.

One hour labor would be fine, but about $40  high on the charge for the tire and double the cost price on the tube.

i found the tire on the jp cycle website.
i guess i did not get too hammered.
