Disconnecting front speakers off from amplifier harness of SEUC -09

Can somebody answer what happens if I:
Disconnect the front speakers from the amplifier harness: The factory amplifier "feeds" the rear speakers only.
Install Biketronics Titan amplifier with upgraded BT445 speakers (off my former Ultra) connected to interconnect harness. ::)
