Beings that's a '12, you probably answered your question then.    I hope you got it for a song, because looking at the pic, I'd say you're at least at 10 large already in parts and labor.

I bought a complete paint set off eBay from a 2010. I think it's hot citrus and burnt orange. It came with all the hardware, brackets, amp, inner fairing etc. The rest of the minor parts should be cheap. I should have it done in a couple of weeks easily if I don't have to wait for parts.

Hard to tell from just one pic but looks like some simple bolt on stuff should put you in good shape.

great looking color! should be a really easy fix!  insurance cos. usually sell wrecked bikes cheap! looks like fun project. enjoy and good luck!

In 2007, I bought a 07 Ultra Classic from an Insurance Co. 1320 miles. When I got it 100%, I had 'bout 14K in it. Rode it for 2 years and 16K miles, sold it for 13,500. I figure that was pretty cheap ridin!!
