As a BSR I know what she is feeling. Terry has tried everything for me just short of a/c... Floorboard extensions
On trips the lower doors come off...that really helps my right foot from burning up.
I also wear boots with Thinsulate year round and good socks that wick. I can say the new motor is not as hot as the 110...but still puts heat out. The best cure is wide open roads
Good Luck
I think that's one of the key things. Judi and I both wear Cruiserworks Defender boots (not insulated, but very sturdy boots) along with good wicking socks. Lightweight Bridgedale ski socks in warm weather, and mid weight in cooler weather. Judi has never complained about heat on her feet. Of couse, I do everything possible to avoid prolonged periods of sitting still.
I won't allow her on the bike in anything other than her boots, a minium of good jeans, gloves, and a mesh jacket with armour.
