Hi,
Does anyone know if the passenger intercom on the FLHTCUSE2 will work with the amp disconnected?

Yes, as long as you rearrange the speaker wiring inside the fairing, Ed.

It's obvious that you're wiring w/o the amp is screwed up.  Take some pictures of the connectors (very close-up to show the wire colors and connectors), as well as the passenger headset and speaker connections, and perhaps someone who will take the time to compare the wiring diagrams to your pictures can offer suggestions on how to fix the wiring.

No instructions, but it's really easy and self-explanatory :-)  Once you get in the fairing you'll see what I mean - you need (from hazy memory) to just change the wiring at both front speakers to be like a bike with no rear amp. 2 minute job.
