Hey, Mr D.  I'll throw in my opinion, for what it's worth.

Look into the Bassani Road Rage II B1.  I got one for my 2012 SG, and I love it; looks and sounds great.  The quality is excellent so far, even had somebody come over at a gas station to ask what kind of pipes they were.  Want to get the ghost pipe, too, but that's not a big priority at this point.

Not as loud as D&D or Thunderheader 2-1.

You've got lots of good options.  Good luck!   :2vrolijk_21:

What's the price on the LSR pipe?
I have had the RH 2-1 and currently run the D&D FatCat on Big Red but would
like to get a 2-1 on my 2004 Road Glide to help wake it up some more.

Did not like the RH 2-1 on the 110 when I first got the bike in 06, ran waaaay too HOT, LOL.
Then went right to the D&D after 500 miles of RH 2-1, and all has been well!

Thunder header or the D&D are both great two into one systems. That being said D&D's fit and finish is far better but the thunder header will give you slightly higher max numbers. I have run both systems and they are both on the loud side and have a very distinctive sound to them.

I'd also look at the V&H Pro-Pipe. I had P-P's on three Baggers and loved them. Great sound, smooth power all the way thru. The chrome finish stayed shiny and never discolored. The difference between the SE mufflers I had on the bike and the P-P's was amazing.

Had Rinehart's on my Street Glide. Nice performance and great sound. Nobody wanted to ride behind me. I was always in the back of the pac. On the Ultra I went with VH High Output.

I had the D&D "QUIET" Fatcats on my 2005 Ultra.  I also did cams, a 96" bore, Ported heads & a PCIII. Ran real good with loads of low end power.  I really liked them.  They had lots of bark when you got one it and a nice rumble at crusing speeds.  According to their website, the Boss Fat Cat pipes is for stock and mild built motors and the BossZilla is built for 113" and larger and/or highly modified engines.  I did not see anything specific for a 110" CVO on their website, but I don't think you would be unhappy with them!

Check with Automotice Machine and Supply in Texas for the best prices around for them.  Talk with Steve or Tom.  They are HD performance experts!

Old BUB made Rienhardt is an awesome pipe, but the new ones are not made as well///IMHO Akraprovic or Bassani are the best thing out there until we get our RAW 1 bagger line finished up

Have owned both and like the Fat cat better. Less peaky curve to me, more linear.

Cool.  The world's best exhaust is only a year or so away and is being offered by a site vendor.  Since site vendors have to give all members here a discount for mentioning their products on the site not only will it be the best ever it'll be discounted :bananarock: !

LMAO.  Good thing "RAW 1" is easier to spell than "Rinehart." ::)
