I'm curious what collection the rear pass floorboards are for the 2011 SESG?

I'm buying one but I won't have it for a week or so but I will need rear floorboards.  I can't really tell in the pictures what inserts they are?

The 2011 SESG's did not come with passenger floorboards only pegs.

The rider floorboard inserts are fromt he "Rumble Collection" I think, someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

You need the "Rumble" collection footboard inserts. They are no longer listed in the standard parts catalog nor online. They are CVO parts now. I just put them on my bike. PNs are 51502-09 and 51510-09. Can't remember which one's the left and which one's the right. Get ready... they are $109.09 EACH! They go in the Streamliner Passenger Footboard Kit 50378-07B, which is $379.95.

Using these means your passenger's foot comfort will set you back 6 FULL C-notes!

Here's what they look like, if you're interested in springing for them. The kit has the chrome mounts, pans, etc. The Rumble inserts are separate, and are sold each, as stated above. Obviously, I liked them enough to part with the not-insubstantial amount of cash required!

If you REALLY want to go top-of-the-line, you can get the adjustable footboard mounts like on the Ultras... those mounts are even more $$$. I am actually thinking about getting those - and if I do, I would be looking to sell the fixed footboard mounts I have now.

I would stick with the FIXED brackets. I had the adjustable ones and removed them because the boards were hitting me in the back of my leg below my knee when they where open. Also the passangers feet where also hitting my leg to the point where if i was not paying attention the passangers foot would kick out my leg enough where I would not make good contact the the ground when coming to a stop. Almost dropped it twice that way. I went to the fixed bracket same floor board and problem is solved. No more getting hit in the back of the legs and the best part about it is that to this day the wife still has not notice the difference. The cosmetic reason was that the adjustable bracket covers the 110 primary cover. The picture is the best that i could pull up but i think you can see what i mean.

All true However, if you take the floorboard off and then move the horizontal part of the adjustable mount to the other side of the bike it moves the floorbaords back. The floorbaord will then attach to the mount behind the part of the bracket that goes to the bike instead of in front of it as stock and seen in your pic.  This also looks better IMHO as it allows more of the primary cover to be seen. Also gives the rider quite a bit more legroom.

The adjustable mounts are basically two pieces. First piece bolts to the bike  just like the fixed mount. The second main piece bolts to the first and then to the floorboard bracket (the piece that looks like a U )  If you look at the pic above you'll see the floorboard then just under that the "u" shaped piece, finally under that you'll see a piece with two bolts in it. One on each end. If you take the floorboard off and lay it down so it will stay on same side. Then unbolt the piece with two bolts and take it to the other side of the bike so left piece moves to the right side of bike. Do the same steps on the other side. Now use the original left side two bolt piece on the right side of the bike and attach the original rt side floorboard to that bracket. so when the bracket was on the left the rear bolt attached to the piece coming from the bike and the front bolt attached to the floorboard. Now that you have flipped the bracket to the other side the front bolt attaches to the bike and the rear bolt attaches to the floorboard which moves the floorboard back the length of the bracket.

I am attaching a close up pic of the setup I just bought clearly shows the parts I'm talking about.  I cannot take credit for this side swap idea as it was posted on here several years ago.

second pic  see how far back the to the bike mounting post comes out from under the floorboard. All your doing is moving the board back in relation to this mounting post by switching the other part from side to side

Got it.   I just switched them around.   It's much better. The floorboards moved back quite a bit and look a whole lot better.  I like that the floor boards are also laying down, so I am using the same sets of holes that we originally used.  Thanks for the tip.  I like em a whole lot more now.
