after reading hundreds of threads on exhaust for my 2012 SESG I've decided on the Fullsac x pipe with 2" cores.  my concern is the TTS Master tune....
I consider myself a pretty good shade tree mechanic, I'm just nervous about uploading the old program and downloading the new one....
Any horror stories out there and or lessons learned?
my dealer has no familiarity with Fullsac so they won't be any help to me..... anyone in Chicagoland (Naperville) running this setup or have experience with the install or recommend a shop?

I installed the Fullsac Stage I (header, bafflers, TTS with Fullsac's map).  Trust me, follow the directions and it's fool-proof.  No harder than installing a program on your computer.  If you get stuck, there are guys on this site (that know more than me) that can help.  Also, Fullsac and TTS will talk you thru any problems.  BTW, I don't know any more about computers than the average schmuck.

Actually you are downloading the old program to your hard drive to save your base map it will end up as a something .mte  non readable but reinstallable.   Then you are going to upload or program your ECM with Steve's map which I believe is an something.mt8 file.

install TTS Software and update all of them.

Once that is done find out what com port your TTS is using.

Next go into the mastertune software with the TTS hooked up and the dongle between the usb cable and the black cable that goes to the ECM on the primary side of the bike.

Go to File then click save or restore factory Calibration.

Next after this you go to comPort and click the correct comport.

Then you click on command and choose save ECM Calibration

next you click get ecm info to ensure that your computer is talking to your ecm.  (Remember ignition has to be on and the bike has to be in the RUN position without starting the bike)

Then you click save ECM Calibration (dont forget to name it something you will remember) fill in the boxes for year, model and any notes you may want and watch it go.

Once that is done  I always turn the bike off close the screen that you are in using the exit button.

Then I go to File and choose load tuning file.

Once you find that file you then click on it and it shows up in the screen.

Next you click on File / program ECM

Click again on Get Ecm Info

Remember to turn the ignition on and the bike to be in the run mode on the switch housing.

Then Program ECM Calibration

This will take 2 passes and it will ask you a few questions.    you shouldnt need to change any of the settings .    There should be if memory serves me 3 prompts to look at.   Compression releases, EITMS and wheel question.

when it finishes turn the bike off at the ignition, click exit on the program ....  Unhook your TTS Cables by the time your done go back and start the bike and you should be done.

Good luck with the install and if you have any questions shoot me a message.

Just some advise. After you save your stock settings store it in a few different places for added security.
Hardrive, burn a disc, jump drive, email it to yourself, etc.
Good luck!

Worries me that if i am trying to buy their product and can't get a call returned, then what if i need technical help?

My apologies for your calls not getting returned. My little business is running at full capacity and yes, we are struggling to keep up.
Sometimes things fall through the cracks. I run wide open from from 6-6 every week day, but we only answer our phones from 9-3 so we can return calls,
process customers orders and maintain sanity. Alice is very knowlegable and can answer more TTS tech questions than most men.
She is required to screen my calls to weed out the sales people. Please tell her what your riding or leave as much info as possible when calling
to help us help you. E mail works too!

I sincerely appreciate your interest in my product.
