That was Big Al's comments when he came back from his test ride...
Here's what I did:
Al's bike came to me bone stock with boxes and boxes of goodies.
Zipper's Thundermax ECM
Zipper's 575 Gear Drive Cams
Zippers 50mm Throttle Body
Zippers High Flow AC Kit
D&D Fatcats w/ Ghost Pipe
GP Designs Bearing Support
I Installed all of the above goodies and suggested to Al to add more bling since we had things apart. (I love spending other people's money

) .....So I added in a Chrome inner primary, Baisley Oil Bypass Spring, Chrome Oil Filler Spout, Chrome primary and cam cover hardware.
The install went very well and the results are excellent.
My impressions:
GP Support Bracket; Very well made product although I had to "clearance" the bracket to allow the primary chain adjuster to slide up far enough for proper tension. I spoke with GP about this and they stated that they have corrected this and that he must of had and older unit.
Zippers Cams; Work as advertised. I visually compared them to the Freedom cams and with the naked eye the FCC Cams seem to have a slightly longer duration and slightly different timing. The lift appeared to be the same.
Zippers ECM; Very smooth throttle response, easy starts
Zippers throttle body; Only complaint is that they use the 05 and earlier style connectors. I had to cut all the connectors of the bikes harness and install new connector which were included in the kit.
Zippers AC Kit; The IAC Sensor is relocated from the throttle body to the back plate for more accurate reading, very nice. I did have to cut and add about 8" of wire into the connection for it as they did not include any extension cable in the kit. The kit includes the older style banjo fitting for the head breathers. The do not breath into the back plate. It does not include any information or tubing to route the vents down under the bike so i fabricated a vent setup that will work fine.
D&D Fatcats; These are hands down the best made pipe I have ever installed. Fit and finish is second to none. High quality chrome really shows. I personally did not care for the sound of the pipe.
The seat of the pants Dyno brings a smile to your face. Thanks for the work Al and Enjoy!
