Flyingbroke, nice numbers!  I've read that you lose some low end torque with TW 777s if you don't raise the compression.  Have you done anything (porting, pistons, .03 gasket) to raise the compression?  Also, which tuner do you have?  I'm still trying to decide whether I should go with the Woods 777, CR 575, or maybe the Fueling 574.  Thanks for posting the graph.

Sorry do not know what gear final pull was in never thought to ask.No other other work done was thinking about porting heads and 58 mm throttle body but wanted to stop before i took an already problematic motor and made it into a bank robbing nightmare.I weigh in at 145 pounds and bike is lighter than friends i ride with so i win with smile on face as is.Will buy pipe after i get tired of it this summer and re tune next winter.

Should meantion cam install was so easy that anyone who turns wrench for fun can truly do this with no special tools, adj push rods took the longest buy far.

The top end clatter this thing had is all gone makes me wounder what would happen if one put adj push rods and nothing else if that alone would fix roller failures been reading about.

Winter here so only put 120 miles on a bike butt meter and simile says its going to work for me.

thanks for posting.  My 2008 SERK is going in for the cam install (TW-777).  Similar set to yours with only only exhaust (V&H true dual) and Big Sucker air cleaner with PCV.  I will post results in a few weeks when I get the bike back.

You'll need to re-surface/cc the cylinder heads, and a .030" gasket. :)

Sorry, new to this forum and just saw this posted. I tuned this bike in 6th gear, he has the old race tuner and it took a bit to find a map to start with, but I feel it was worth it.  :pepper:

flyingbroke what year CVO is yours?  If you truly have the old SERT you know for about 100 bucks you can send in your old race tuner and TTS will upgrade it to his latest where when you get a new tune next year (after you tired of this pipe) you can take advantage of the closed loop etc with your bike.

Very nice! Looks like that cam is working for you. With a little more compression it would be a killer.
