Today was a great sunny one here in Bavaria, put in a 150 miler with the better half. Been a long winter and just finished a big field exercise we've had several great days in that last month I just got to observe from a HMMWV instead of the scoot. It's over now and the road is callin my name..... more to follow just got a bike cam so hopefully will be able to figure out how to post some great Germany scenes in the near future.

60° F in Saxonia all over the weekend, salt washed away after some heavy rain, just a little snow left in the higher parts of the Ore Mountains. Did some 350 m on both days, will post some pics later  :)

2012 started quite well, 1.600 m already since 01/01/12, longest garage time since last november was 3 weeks in January/December ...

78 degrees F here in west Tennessee.  It doesn't get much better than that!  I'll be thinking of you frozen guys while I click off the miles!   :bananarock:

Exactly the pictures I want to get taken this spring, I leave in June back to the States and want to take some of these memories with me. I just shot video from Velburg to Neumarkt the other day. I think my bike cam has a continuous photo setting instead of video I'll check it when I hook it up in a minute and try downloading what I already have.

These are some great pics Kraut, do you come down to the Parsberg/Hohenfels area? I know there is a very popular break spot called Fichten Ranch.

If you happen this way hopefully we can meet up for a chat.

Been riding to work most of the month, but had to drive in one day this week to run some errends.  The weather here in the Bay Area has cooperated very well.  This morning was a balmy 48 dg and will be around 72 when I head home.

To you guys socked in by the weather and road salt, I hope things clear up soon, so you too can enjoy your rides.  It's great to hear our friends in Europe are getting out and about.

Y'all keep the shiny side up when you do get out!  I'd be certainly chomping at the bit real hard by now, if I couldn't ride.

it's not very likely we will ride that far for the next couple of days - forecast is not really encouraging  ;)

But you should keep Kati Bräu in mind, that's probably the most popular meeting point in your area.

Our riding schedule is published here  ;)
