hello

new on the site , just took delivery of my 2012 FLHXSE3 , in orange .

wow what a nice bike  :orange: i have a question though , what is the key for ? the brass key that came with it ?

The "gold" (brass) key is a useable key if you so desire (it works all locks).

Welcome aboard from Minnesota! Glad you've joined the fun. Congrats on the new scoot! You didn't realize you paid $35K for a gold key and got a free motorcycle? Most of the guys on this forum just wear them like a necklace. Some members who have 2 CVO's wear them as earrings. The rest of us just keep them in the box in a drawer.

but i just discovered that the key is for decoration purposes only !! it says on the box that only for US and Canada markets the key is functional ??
