Just asking, and I know and love the guys at DR V Twin, but why are you sending your gauges to them? I have just the place to send them

here are my gauges and radio

I was wondering the same thing.  Maybe Dr. V Twin does the blue lights also. :nixweiss:  Otherwise.....here's the place that does nothing but....  http://www.bluegauges.com/

I spoke with harleygauges.com and they said that they could do the CVO gauges, Dr V-twin said that they could not do the CVO gauges. Harleygauges said they couldn't do the radio so I split my stuff between and the radio went to DR V-twin which is were I ordered the J&M speakers and amp along witht the speaker light rings and I sent the gauges to harleygauges. I should have it all back by next week and I'll take some pictures after I install everything. Either way I am looking forward to getting everything set up in blue and the new speakers and amp installed.

Thanks again everyone!

I think we just need to add a $'s counter to the site - everyone could input the ching they are putting into their bikes, and keep a running tally!

Those light mods look awesome!

You will be more than pleased with harleygauges, they did my stock gauges too. Had em back to me in no time. I had a couple LEDs in the tach go out a few months later and called em up and they said no problem.  I paid shipping to them and they fixed it at no charge and had it back as quickly as possible. I asked if this was a common occurrence and he told me hardly ever and if they go out again to send em back and they'd do the same again.

Bluegauges.com could do your gauges and your head unit.  By splitting them up between two differenct vendors you run the real risk of the items coming back with two different shades of blue.  That would be a real disapointment.

I'm curious, why didn't you send it all to one vendor?

I would have rather sent them to one vendor and when I first spoke with Dr V-Twin they said they could do the gauges and radio so I removed everything then when I called back and spoke with the tech he told me they couldn't do the gauges. He said he was sorry but the first person that I spoke with didn't realize that they were CVO gauges. I had read the post about harleygauges so I gave them a call and they said that he could do the CVO gauges but not the radio. I had already removed everything from the bike and decided to send the radio and gauges since I didn't know that any vendor did both, I hope they come back the same shade  :nervous:

Just a suggestion............
if it's for a SESG.....if it goes on a SESG.....we already know what works and what doesn't.....do a search or ask here first.  You'd be amazed at the info you can get in a very short period of time here. :2vrolijk_21:

Blue Gauges did the Tach and Speedo.  I did the small gauges myself.  Iron Cross does any/all radio needs for me.
