George, you might as well check for intake leaks too. Take some carb cleaner and spray it around the throttlebody and intake flange. If the engine speed changes, you have an intake leak.

Thanks a a lot for everyone's input. I go the stethascope out last night night and turn the ignition on and the fuel pump worked. Listened and not a sound comming out of the tank. Did it a four times and listened for 8 - 10 minutes each time and not a sound. Dealer advised they tested pressure and held fast a 60 PSI when problem was present. They are going to send me a Throttle control sensor and air intake sensor to see if they are the problem (Only have to pay for postage not parts). Will let you know how that goes. This was a direct result of your input, thanks.

Yes, KIWI HOG I installed a power commander as the bike had a SERT on it when I imported it but no connector. Was only getting 250 Kms to a tank now gets 300 and 100 HP. I swapped the connection over between the Power Commander and the SERT to see if the Power Commander caused the problem but it was there for both.

The temperature has been in high 30's and low 40.

I think I will just have to test every thing.

Again thanks very much for every ones input. There are very few Screamin eagles here in Australia let alone Electra Glides. Not a bike of choice here and I don't know why.

To every one have a great day and enjoy what you are doing.

Regards

George
