I just finished installing the Stage 1 the Fulsac system, X pipe & 2" muffler cores and TTS Tuner. The install was fairly easy, completed my one shade tree mech, me! Just took my time and covered all areas twice to make sure i didn't miss anything as all I was using was visual application because there are no instructions on replacing the X pipe, just the cores and TTS. But all in all fairly easy. Not what i expected for sound though, it is just a tad louder than OEM but I just ran the bike for about 45 minutes. From some of the description on the site, I think I was expexcting a deeper, bit louder sound. This might be a blessing though as my BSR is not into loud, so it will all work out. As for cooler, not sure yet but don't expect much there, it is an HD in the end!

hi and welcome. i just swapped out my head pipe for a ceramic coated header from fuelmoto and i put 2.0 baffles in my stock mufflers without the packing. it is louder but not to loud. i pull a trailer when i go out of town and didn't want anything that was to loud. i had a 2011 ultra with a cam, v&h dresser duals(true duals) and rhinehart 3 1/2 " mufflers and it was way to loud with the trailer in tow. on I-10 at 75 -80 mph my wife could not hear the radio with the sound reverbing off of the trailer. i think the set-up i have now is going to be good ..... summer vacation will tell the true story though..
