I want a bike that pulls real hard from 2500 - 6000 that can pass without downshifting and smoke the tire in second. Also want it to sound radical and do not want to be passed to often if thats possible on this budget.

well sounds like you need a build similar  to mine, the only problem is its gonna cost  more then $3,000

Your probably right but thinking of doing all the motor work and waiting on the pipe.I will use my pipe for a while and then switch at a later time.

Did 1 recent woods 777, 10.5 pistons, heads cleaned up, injectors, adj pushrods, fueling lifters, fat cat, gaskets and tune for $ 2800. 112/120 SAE and 116/125 standard. with a 50 mm throttle body and stock Ventilator AC. Pleased with the results. Direct Harley Parts helped to keep costs down

Chuck R, had the 777, our headwork, OE t/body, and Fullsac pipes, only, and it went;
119.70/128.70 actual
116.4/125.09 std
112.67/121.05 sae.
Tuned by Russ Inglis, @ Lonewolf Performace, Nanaimo, Vancouver Island. :)

Certainly he knows all about your shop and services, enough is enough.
I could join in with tit for tat but he knows all about what I can offer too.
The pipe will kill this build period. Ge that FIRST
Then save up for the rest including then only one retune instead of two a waste od $400

Really they are all fussy but as TDC lifts go up and overlap it gets worse. The 103 is a little more forgiving because the ex port volume is not so cavernous.
Over on HTT and the VTF is a guy in your area, Wisconsin, that made 130square with set of those CVO110 heads and a 250 degree .590 lift cam with onlt 31 degress overlap and reasonable TDC lifts. He goes by BVHOG BVBOB respectively. He is a builder and tuner that really has a better handle on all the pipes then I do. My personal bik has a Boarzilla headpipe and a Supertrap car muffler retrofit.

Many here will give you sound advice including Scott, but IMHO, I would definitely budget for the pipe now.  It is all part of the overall "system" not just 1 component.  Just sayin!!

I am starting to understand that the pipe is a must so should I go with D&D Fatcat? Will this pipe really give my bike 8-10 more hp than the pipe I have now ?

There are others here that can give you more exact info on what you can expect but in MY personal experience it as a very good producer in the 2:1 category.  I have had a few. My current one is with the performance wrapped baffle and I am very happy.

The pipe will not "KILL" the build, but will not be optimum, and there are ways to modify the baffling.
We do this all day long, not just after work, in the evening....................
BTW, the 130/130 number ain't nothin' new, but your plug for chain-saw boy, was good.
Well over 10 years ago, we were pushing even 107" mid-upper 120's, here, carbed, I believe some of that ancient history info, is located on www.woodcarbs.com.
Carry on.

Yup, ancient history, time to get with the times and find out there is more to life than square lobe cams and hogging the heads till you can fit a tennis ball through them.  You guys have heard about fuel injection right? It was on some of those new fangled Evo motors and now on the Twincam as well.
Everyone of your posts are either boasting about past accomplishments(spam) or ripping on anyone else that has a slightly different opinion. Get over yourselves!!!!!!!!!
