Can anyone tell me the difference between the Cali spec SESG and the 49-State SESG? I have heard ECM and Cams are different but I cannot not find and verifiable source. The cam part numbers are the same...maybe timing or just the factory tune?

There are bikes with "CA" emissions.  The HD website shows a $200 charge for it on a new SESG.  The 2009 SERG parts book shows the "Evaporative Emissions Components," "for bikes sold in CA."  That consists of a carbon canister etc. to reduce gas tank evaporation.  I don't know of other differences.

2011 SESG

The evap additions was the only thing I was tracking also, just wanted to make sure I didn't have to get specific tuner etc....
