Wonder how the individual creators of exsisting lists of specific bike model or years would feel about joining the lists together? If the OP is creating an Excel file then the bottom tabs could break out the different models and then on that specific page list owners and bikes per year. Each specific group could make up a master of their bikes and then compile the data into a larger forum master. Just speaking out loud...again.

If the administrators would like to use the information compiled in the 2000 SERG and 2001 SERG registry's they have my full cooperation and permission to go in and use whatever info they need.

City/State ok but not street address. Also don't like the idea of posting my VIN. Too easy for somebody to go to DMV and get a duplicate title without my knowledge.

I haven't forgotten about this.  I've gotten a basic layout done, but need to obtain some data.  Anything that can be provided would be great:

I know that most CVO bikes since I've owned a Harley have been pretty much limited to color selections, but if there are/were model years which have options (Security/ABS, etc.) that would be great to know.  I need assistance obtaining the following, at a minimum, for each CVO model year.  

1. color combo for each model per year.
2. options available
3. It would be nice to also have the MSRP for each model year as well, but that's not required.

I plan to have most fields populated with a list box (year, model, color combo) to limit spelling errors and keep things consistent and organized  (yeah I'm a bit OCD).  

Also if any of the site admins/owners/powers that be are reading this I need to know how you'd prefer this information to be presented to the forum members, and if the site is even willing to host this database once the programming part is done?

I've got the model and color combos for all years CVOs were produced.  Attached is a very basic preview of the form which would be presented to the user, and the data entered would be put into a file on the back end of the web server.


Of course you see it lists address and phone number, and other PII type stuff, but this information is optional and the fields shown can be added to or removed as necessary

This is just an example of the user interface that "WOULD" be presented.  I need to contact a site admin to see if the site is willing to host this here.

The address would be a "voluntary" entry, and would be protected from view.  As for the VIN  I'm not sure if you know this or not, but in most states a person can walk into the DMV with a specific make and model of vehicle they are looking for and acquire the VIN plus a home address.  But it's my intent that the entire VIN wouldn't be viewable, only the last few characters.
