The remote came with the bike. Check the plug under the seat that goes to the tour pack that could be your power problem.

There's a simple check, does the tourpak light come on when you open the lid?  If it does, then you're PROBABLY plugged in like you need to be.  If not, there's a 12 pin plug that's grey in color that sits on the right side of the seat.  It's about where the passenger hand rail would be if you had one.  You have to turn on the CD from the tourpak remote that's hardwired in the pak to get things to work.  Do you get any kind of display from the remote in the pak?

Have you checked fuses yet?  I haven't had to look at the wiring diagram for our SERG, so I don't know if the power out to both is a simple thing or not.  If you need diagrams, let us know and we can email them to ya.

Thank could be good or bad.  Why was a fuse missing???- somebody borrow it for something else or did it just blow and get tossed without being replaced???  I'd keep an eye on things.  Hope it's fixed!!
