Dyno Results
« on: March 14, 2012, 08:55:41 PM »

Finally got around to getting my bagger to a tuner.   It went in the shop this morning producing 94.69/105.69 and came out 100.19/109.87.  THe map I've been running came from a techie at Dyno Jet. Been running lean in the cruising RPM range. Anyone have a sheet showing numbers of a stock 2006 103 CVO? Were they more than 80 HP motors out of the factory?

The mods recently done were:
Woods 555, Woods lifters, S&S adjustable pushrods, compression ratio upped 10 to 1, 1.75 fullsac baffles in stock CVO pipes, factory header pipes Jet-Hot coated inside and out.

Now I'm ready for the Autobahn!

Just got my 2010 SEUC 110" back from Joe's Cycle Repair. Bike is now a joy to ride. Power everywhere. I could never go back to less power 129/129 Actual, (127/127 STD, 123/123 SAE). I couldn't be happier with the performance.

Pete,
Gotta be night and day difference, compared to the other "tuners" work. OUCH!!
Swing in sometime this year, and I'll give you the dime tour.

Absolutely Scott. I couldn't be more pleased with the power and smoothness of the bike, the way it's running now. It rips and roars when I want it to, yet its civilized in slow parking lot maneuvering or just smoothly shifting through the gears on a country road. The way it should have always been.

Oh ya  :bananarock:...Taking it to Cleveland OH. in the morning. Can't wait to take it on the back roads that run between Winchester VA and Cumberland MD. Also curious to see where the MPG is at now.

Should be an increase in fuel economy, unless of course, the right side grip is being pulled harder than before. :D

Almost 43 MPG on first tank Thursday. I think I got some bad gas on the next tank. It was a East Coast station in Warrenton VA. Pump said 92 but it had to have been less. Could not grab a handfull of throttle climbing the hills without getting spark knock.  Filled up again at a Sheetz (92 again) with same results. This was the first time I've heard spark knock since I put the motor back together. Stopped at a NAPA store and got some Lucas octane boost. It helped some...MPG was back in the mid to low 30's.  On the ride back I used only Sunoco 93 octane. No knock at all. I tried my best to get it to come on and it didn't do it anymore. MPG was back in the 41-43MPG range.  When I got on I-95 Sunday in Fredricksburg traffic was moving "pretty good"  Lets just say I had no problems staying ahead of it and made it back to Williamsburg in record time.
