FLHTCSE2 HELP

i have an 05 flhtcse2 that over the last two months i upgraded cam plate and tensioners   went w/andrews 54n cam   milled heads 60 ported heads- new 53mm tb-new valves and springs

i have heard some noise i thought was just the valve train but then over the last 50 miles it started shaking more than normal- now tonight i went to start it and it wont start up  i heard a clank sound when it tried to hit and sounded like the bottom end   

where do i start

here is a sound of the strong vibration before it quit

It sounds like somethings loose and vibrating. Did you change lifters and go with adjustable pushrods? I'd start by pulling rocker box covers off.

Start with the simple stuff first.  Check heat shields, horn bracket, shifter rattle etc..  Go back over everything you touched on the outside first.  If nothing turns up with that I'd start with pushrods and rocker boxers.
