So how are the dealers pricing these 07 SE's in regards to MSRP???

Bama
Getting mine for MSPR(33495) + dealer prep(475) + Freight(335) + TTL=about $36,500 out the door.

I purchased my Black Ice/Electric Orange Pearl FLHTCUSE last Wednesday from Dillon Bros. H-D in Omaha, NE, and I supposed to have my VIN # tomorrow as well, with receipt of the bike in about a week, so my bike must have been built on the same small production run as 4stars, as most of the dealers I talked to were getting the red and black versions first as well!?!?

I paid MSRP ($33,495) plus $335 for freight, and got a decent trade-in price for my 2003 Road King Classic.

NOW, tell me what I do for the next 7-10 LONG AND PAINFUL days! :)

Yes, first and foremost...welcome to the site, enjoy that 110 motor, although I have never liked it when the other guy has anything that is bigger than mine....especially when its in the 'equipment' dept.

First welcome to the site, glad to have you. [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]  Now for the next seven days I would either get on the MoCo website and "shop for my bike" or pick up the P&A catalog and shop there. Either way you are going to have some sleepless nights ahead so you may as well be shopping. [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

JeffJ. Cigarmike, and fired00d, thanks for the kind words, and I have really enjoyed and learned from your posts today!!  Cigarmike is the one who steered my to this site from another Forum!

I have already purchased (online) the Mini-Beast Air Horn (www.mini-beast.com) and some Smoked Freedom Wings (www.freedom-wings.com) with the NICE discount from this site.

I also want to go with smaller antenna's (HELP!) and better LED all-three-light Brake lighting on the rear (HELP AGAIN!).  I own a Mobile Electronics store in Omaha (www.stereowestautotoys.com) so my guys will MAKE ME upgrade speakers.  I may actually apply to become a hawg-wired dealer.  Looks like nice stuff.

As I have been (too slowly) passing the time on here, I have fallen for the D & D 2:1 exhaust with the Ghost Pipe.  Way cool, and I will probably do a SERT or PCIII and the A/C at the same time, for starters.

What is this HD HID headlight option?

If any of you would like to list (OR PM me) your TOP FIVE first accessories to add on to my "JESTER", I would GREATLY appreciate that.

I have decided on "PSYCHL" or "U4E UH" for my personalized plates on the bike.  WHICH one do you think is best!?!?

HEY, help me pass the time until the Dealer, a good friend, calls me with the good news! :)

My dealers sells it's CVO's and all bikes at MSRP (most do not) but for a CVO you are on a list. I thought I was #1 and just sold my 05 Cherry and now they are telling me I am not. Not too happy but then again I have another bike and I get to keep over 30K still in my pocket for awhile. I will probably sort this out but I want to look the first one over real good before I make the call.
It looks like red and black first that goes for RK and CUSE.

Thanks guys, Can't even start to explain how excited I am about it. I was undecided between the Blue or Black but when the black came in & I saw it, it was a done deal. It was actually the dealerships owners bike but he was extremly nice & said he would let me have it & just order another for him later. I think he was being simpathetic to the fact that I just had my 04 Ultra stolen last month. No matter, still way over the top by letting me have this one. Especially since they're an MSRP dealer. I'll try to post picts. asap.

my "JESTER",

CLK, congratulations on the new bike.  And welcome to the obcession.  It also seems this seals the deal on the name too.  Harley and Thunder Mountain certainly primed the pump with the graphics on the fairing.  But when a man whose laid down the cold hard cash is already calling them "Jesters" that has to certify the nickname for 07s as a group.

CLK, hope you love the Jester.  Will be very intereted in your first impressions of the motor's performance and overall look of the bike.  Kansas City is roughly halfway in between for you and me and there are a few on the site here already from the KC and Topeka area.  Perhaps after you've got the new bike broke in a bit we'll try to plan a Saturday jaunt sometime and see how many we can round up?

You'll not sleep well for the next few days so give up trying.  Your mind will wander so forget being terribly productive during the days either.  Just dream man; you've earned it.
