Artic,
The spec sheets I have for the 03 SERK & 04 SEEG say 100ft lbs @ 3500, however the 06 FLSTFSE2 says 96 ftlbs@4000. Can't find my sheets for 05 right now.Did they go up to 4000rpm  ?

Yep, says 4000 RPM for 2005's. Strange since supposedly all 103's come stock with the same cam set. Guesssing it has something to do with the ECU MAP or ?
