Buying 2009 SEUC

Buying first SEUC Anything that I should look for before buying.
He has said he had it lowered would like to reverse this since I'm
tall any ideas on cost. Help!

All depends on how he lowered. If he installed a lowered set of shocks, ask for the orginals. If he bolted it down, just reverse it.

He had mentioned something about changing springs in shocks?? Guess i need to get more info.
