I'm going to assume you're talking about the SE Pro Perfect Fit pushrods, at $119.95 per set. They are a one piece non-adjustable pushrod that comes in standard length as well as .030" and .060" longer and shorter versions to work with different cams and heads without having to use adjustable pushrods.
They are slightly lighter than stock rods, which won't mean anything to you on a regular street engine, and they are significantly lighter than adjustable pushrods. They are supposedly slightly stiffer, which will also mean nothing to you on a regular street engine. All by themselves they offer nothing in terms of performance. As part of a heavily modified engine they can help the other parts work better.
