Turtle,

I've got the same bike you have with Fullsac Stage 1, which is X pipe, baffles and TTS re-map.  I chose the 2" baffles, and I am very pleased with all of it.  Fullsac also has 1.75" and 2.25" baffles.  Per Fullsac, the 2" baffles make the most power on the dyno.  Cruising at 70-75 mph, it is plenty quiet for the radio.  As you're running thru the gears, it makes a little more noise at 3,000 rpm and above, but you probably won't be cruising in 6th @ 3,000.

Fullsac has excellent customer service and CVO discount, as others have mentioned.

Best wishes!

Or you can save $400 and gut the cat out of your stock head pipe. Took me 1 hour to cut it open and remove the cat and about 15 minutes to have my buddy who owns a small welding shop to weld it back up. He said he would have probably only charged $50. Then you can spend the $200 of the Fullsac cores and install them yourself.

Oh, almost forgot. Then you can spend another $400 on a tuner.

So you can spend roughly $1,000 for a Fullsac X-pipe, Fullsac cores and a tuner. Or you can spend roughly $650 for Fullsac cores, a tuner and a welding shop to weld you stock header back up.

Hmmmmmmm, what would you do to your CVO with an extra $350 in your pocket? Maybe buy a 4-point quick release docking bracket and a chrome quick release luggage rack? A new rear tire? A new windshield? Make an extra CVO payment?

I think we can all agree an extra $350 can go a long way.

ps. I didn't find out about the Fullsac cores until after I bought a set of V & H Hi-Output Slip-ons. Love them and the gutted cat. But I could have bought the Fullsac cores and the 4-point docking bracket and the luggage rack for the price of the Hi-Outputs.
