Mirror which minimizes the blind spots..
« on: July 22, 2006, 06:38:35 PM »

This is a new item from MoCo...I like that. I am used to have that kind of small mirrors in my cars...It helps a lot!!! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Split Vision Mirrors

See even more of the world that you just passed. This exclusive-design Split Vision Mirror minimizes blind spots and provides a wide panoramic rear view of the left and right lane, and the road behind you. The mirror features a large primary panel for normal view, and a second outboard convex panel for a wider field of vision. Chrome-plated to a brilliant shine, the mirror's shape adds a contemporary touch to the traditional teardrop design. The deep embossed "Harley-Davidson®" script and the curving slotted stem set this mirror apart from the others. Sold in pairs.

Been tryng to buy a pair since they were announced.  No joy yet.  I think they're actually a bit funny looking.  But I'll trade slightly funny looking for better vision if it appears they'll provide that when I get to lay on hands.

I have the 2" round stick ons on the SED, the SEEG when I had it and the Ultra...I LIVE by these blind spot mirrors...don't need the fancy ones from HD!

Gotta reserve judgement on these 'til I see them but the picture is goofy as he11. Those little stick ons that Bill's talking about have always served me well for a quick glance to see what's coming but nothing, nothing beats the head check.
