Well, just looking at these two quickly, the highway pegs are a new item and the engine has a lot more black on it that the 06 (just means more chrome to buy)... what does everyone else notice...

The tank badge!!!  Not just because I own one, but the 06 badge has a lot more style and flows with the look of the bike's paint job, IMO.

Exactly, I second that. The badge on the '06 doesn't even appear to be a tank badge. Until I saw a close-up I thought it was a graphic they way the flames flow behind it.

So on the Plus side we have:
+++ 110 Engine
+++ 6 Speed
+ Highway Pegs
+ Electric Latch Opener (not sure if this is a plus or not)

On the Minus side we have:
-- Paint scheme
- Less Chrome
-- Lack of Color matched Frame
- Cheezy tank emblem

I don't know if you want to put these in the plus or minus column?

2007 has taller clear windscreen
2007 has adjustable passenger floorboards
2007 has relocated plug-in for the passenger headset.(on side of the speaker pod)
2007 has the navagation module included in the radio/CB

I must agree on the tank badge 06 does flow alot better.And the pegs what is the difference?there is some sort of dog bone and guard on the mounting bracket,do they adjust up and down and front to back?.But i do like the black and orange though.Also what are your thoughts on the black motor to the silver one?   Q

I've never owned a dresser but I think the 06 blows it away. I do like the black engines though. 2 cents from a softail guy.

The wheels on the 07 are just chromed stock wheels from the Ultras.  Personally I like them, they clean easiler than the 06 wheels.  They've also moved the hydraulic line from the side of the tranny.  Cleans it up some.

The tank emblem and the air cleaner cover are better looking in '06 than '07....maybe is because I have the '06 [smiley=banana.gif]

Ya know, when looking at the red and black, it almost looked like flame pinstripping on saddlebag and tank. But I blowed up picture and no pin stripe. Thought it would be cool if it did!
