Empire Facebooked it.  Had nice yellow black ultra

Those were 2012 bikes.

Not the one to the far left.  It is a 2013 FLHTK in Yellow/Black.

I was out riding yesterday and stopped at Rocket Harley Davidson in Huntsville AL. They were rolling out some 2013's while we were there. Out came a Black and Yellow 2013 Ultra. From a distance I thought it was a 2012 CVO like mine but then realized it was a different yellow and had red pin stripping separating the yellow and black.

So Hotrod50 had it right as far as a 2013...Just isn't a CVO!

I have no idea where that comment came from.  I haven't seen any posts that would indicate anyone was a hater of anybody or anything.  I think the one thing we all have in common on this forum is that we are all most interested in seeing the new CVO's much more so than any other models.

Anyway, I'm really hoping to see something new on the CVO models, since the standard models didn't really offer up any surprises.  I guess it's still possible that the CVO's could be where we might see some new features that we shouldn't expect to be on standard models for a few years.  If not, then I cannot figure out why Harley is so hush hush about the new models.  So far, there hasn't been anything impressive at all and I can only imagine that they have a lot of buyers that put off their buying decision until new models arrive.  It doesn't seem like a good marketing strategy...to have buyers waiting on the sidelines until a later date. Obviously, this is all IMHO.

A bit off-topic from the bikes... but I just saw the 110 Anniversary leather jacket... wow, it rocks.  Anniversary bike or not, I am very tempted on getting one...

Smokey Mtn. H-D received their first shipment last week, They do not know when they will receive or wouldn't say when they will get any CVO's

SERK, I was over there this past Saturday but did not see any of the 2013's out?  Had the email on the blood drive and then a note saying after the blood drive, come in to see the new 2013's.  I suppose they are waiting to put them out until this week or so? or did I miss them somewhere???

Opps, forgot my other comment...wachuko I agree on the 110 anniversary jackets.  Saw some this past weekend at SMHD and a couple weeks ago at Man O War HD just outside Lexington, KY.  Man O War had two different designs on display (and for sale, too if you could spare a kidney or right arm....).  I don't care for the design with the large, wide METAL tank badge on the back of one of them.  Could you imagine having that hanging on your back or leaned up against your backrest for any length of time?  Pain for the sake of fashion I guess.  The other design (only saw the other design at manowar) would be much easier to live with and a bit less expensive (only part of the said kidney and right arm..... )

Yeah... 600.00... that is some coin... but boy was I tempted...  I currently have the jacket with the Willie G Skull... can't really justify another one...



And when I asked my sales guy on the 2013 he said "yeah, same bikes, different colors.  You already have the best looking HD bike that has been made.  Don't think about changing it! "  

Now...if I can convince my wife to change her Softail Deluxe... buuuaaaahahhahaha

Don't know if they have them on floor yet or not, they had a post on facebook showing them as they uncrated them, You could be right may not put them on the floor until after dealer show which i think is this week.

Must be in the back, whew....would have been a bit miffed if I had rode over there just for the sake of seeing the 2013's and not seeing them.  Had the voltage reg replaced under the service bulletin so was there anyway.

Hey, they still have that used (I use that term losely) 2012 SEUC banana on the showroom but nothing else SE except for the SESC in that flat brown color which they have had for a while now.

Maybe next time over there we can meet up and say howdy to each other.  Great dealership to sit on the porch and enjoy the day (or a bit a bar-b-q at Stinkers).  Wife likes SMHD better because she says they have a better selection of clothing (and just about everything else).  I've bought all mine at KHD except for my current ride.  Like KHD but enjoy the atmosphere a bit more at SMHD
