Here's a short video we shot today while removing a customers stock CVO muffler cores.

Nice video!  :2vrolijk_21:

If you have access to a Whitney punch, it makes short work of the hole.
Otherwise, use a punch first to mark the hole on the chrome that will keep your drill bit from skating.

Thanks Steve!  Would you consider making a video installing the new baffle?   Do you reuse the packing material or do you use new packing material?

If you check the video the packing he pulled out looks pretty good. Some will be burnt and falling apart, or something in between.
Depends on age/use.
I opted to put in new packing in the last 2 I did, just to try some new stuff out.
I like the quieter tone with new packing.
