I'll 4th that!!!  The more light on the front, particularly when it's wider too, the better!!!  I want all the cages to have all the opportunity they can to see me coming.  I'm sure it would look nice and clean, but I kind of like mine the way it is.

The more lights the better [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]If I had a Street Glide, I would probably add the light bar :)

When I was riding my 2002 & 2003 SERK's, I didn't have the passing lamps and I really liked the "custom look"
However, To me the safety factor of the extra 2 lamps I have learned to like my passing lamps on the 06 CUSE

4th of July, I was riding into a town and a car pulled out in front of me and I had to put the scooter sideways (back end of scooter had caught up to front end) to get it stopped in time. Once I got the scooter back in control as I was chasing the young girl down I noticed my passing lamps were turned off. After a few miles the young girl had to stop at a stop and go light and walla I gave her my thoughts and all she could say was " I am sorry I didn't see you" so yeah I ride with my passing lamps on almost all of the time...now

Hmmm Kewl Factor or Safety Factor - I Vote Safety

You mean everyone doesn't ride with their passing lamps on all the time??  :o

Mine are on all the time and I've always rode this way.... just figured it increased the possibility of being seen by the little blondes in the SUVs with cell phones in their ears and one eye on the mirror while appyling their makeup.  :-*

What do you guys think re: running passing lamps vs high beam - which will offer better visability during daylight hours?  I know the lights can be rewired so passing lamps stay on with high beam and that may be what I eventually do.

I guess I'm going to be the different one in the group, but I don't ride w/my spots on during day. I figured I got the "Pumpkin" color so everyone could see me. The other day while riding on the interstate one of my co-workers was heading in the opposite direction and commented how he could see the bike really well from a distance. He stated that he first saw this bright orange bike, and then, as it got closer he saw this big black guy on it and he knew it was I. ;D

Moral of this story is bright orange bike, w/big black man on it should make it easy for people to see me. [smiley=huepfenlol2.gif]

Ok, just in case anyone is wondering, orange paint sets and spot lights you can get in the P&A catalog.  The rest of it you got to fight with Mrs. D00d over.

This thread reminds me of the one awhile back in the SEEG section about eliminating the right-side front rotor and caliper in order to show off more of the wheel . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . might look cool, but not safe!

Right before MV I'm gonna make the engine bigger, load the bike up as heavy as I can, put a drum brake on the back, take all the brakes off the front and take off all the lights.  Maybe the seat too.  I want that stripped down look you get when battery acid eats through your trousers.
