Cyclegirl,

click on greenish/blue bar for your Profile then click on on the left side on Forum profile information.  From there you can upload a picture it says I have my own and will upload it.  Browse to your picture.   I forget the size the picture must be, I think like 100 x 80 or something like that.  

Welcome to the site and if you cant size it correctly post a bigger picture here and someone will scale it down for you.
