Inquired about using these on my 09 SERG, Kury said won't fit, too bad, so went with a PIAA and when I had my front fairing off for speaker upgrade, I mounted it inside the fairing.
Got a link to that one?

I have the Magnum Flame Air Horn from Metal Arts in LA on Buster. It's a Wolo Bad Boy Model 419 (118 Decibels-530/680 Hz) inside, with a thick, heavy custom-made metal chromed cover. Very loud, self-contained air horn that doesn't look like everything else out there. Plugs right into the two stock horn wires, and does not need a relay.

I mounted a set of PIAA's using the stock mount...they are super loud. You get 2 of em in the pack..around $45

Sticker peels right off...I painted with black roll bar paint from Advance Auto...

ran in series off stock wire...Saved me a couple times already..

I contacted Kury directly through their website customer service and that's what they told me so I left it at that and went another way. I'm glad I did because I put a Bushtec hitch on mine and the horns would have had to go if they did fit anyway.

Has anyone have an opinion of Howards  Dynamic Duo Horn? They have a dual trumpet set up for lower faring bikes.

For Retired Rider... I personally found the Howard's Horns to be a little high pitched... kinda like a Fiat on Steroids.

I too wanted the Hidden Horns, but after the frame change in '09, they won't fit (or I didn't think I could make them fit) so I picked up a pair of the PIAA (400/500hz).

These little things are crazy loud.  Claims state 139db...  Still, I couldn't find anywhere to mount them in a hidden capacity, so as I'm taking the fairing off to mount my Spotlight harness, I'll tuck them inside there, so as not to distract from the Chrome Eagle horn cover currently in place of the cowbell.   8)

I'm not sure what make they are, but last year at some (event rally or other, can't remember where it was - it's an age thing) a guy blew his horn to let us hear it...

Talk about loud!  If you didn't know any better, you would swear a freight train was coming through the parking lot.  I remember asking him where his whistle was mounted, but he wasn't impressed with that comment, just very proud of his very loud train horn which wasn't very big at all, but sure let everyone know he was there!

had them on my 02. Loud and high pitched. They do get attention though. I think the higher pitch is due to the shorter trumpets to accommodate the lowers.

If that's the one, you've got me wondering where the heck he had the tank hidden?  :nixweiss:
