FYI . . .

I just ordered the "C" Pipe, 2.0" Baffles and TTS MasterTune.

Alice told me that they have brought on another fabricator for the pipes and the shipping time shoul dbe reduced for the backorders. Problem now is the TTS MasterTune shipments are being delayed. She said the manufacturer is having problems getting components due to competition with similar items that go into cellphones and other electronic gadgets.

Thats why I started the post....Hoping Fullsac would notice how impatient we are getting.   I am fortunate,  I already have the TTS Tuner.  Just waiting on the X-Pipe C and 2 in. Baffles.  I am looking at the Arlen Ness big sucker A/C but I have read something about the Cover getting damaged because of little support.  Might get the ventilator instead.   Any comments?

I had them use my stock outter cover when they installed it. Also had the SERT pro and Rinehart true duals installed before taking delivery. Guess I'll need to look into the TTS and hope they have them by July when I come home for vacation. Is the TTS swappable to another VIN or is it like the SERT and only fits one bike? If I buy a Street glide or Road glide later on, then I'll see about putting the Rineharts on it and the TTS and return to the SERTPro for the Ultra. I did find a local tuner but would like to check it out so I don't roast an engine. I guess it's hard to have a big tuning shop in my neck of the woods so I'm hoping this fellow knows his chit. Time will be very short for vacation this year  >:( and I may have to farm out the new pipe and baffle installed. Dang, I didn't reply to Steve about the Sport pipe. Fixin' to ride a 2000 mile loop for the Spokane CVO GTG and I'd like to have Big BLue all prepped and ready to ride.

I guess the best reason to keep the Rineharts on there is the extended warranty is supposed to cover it since it was installed at the time of purchase. But I want to max out my bottom end torque and a good 2-1 is the best way to get there. I mentioned the new Fullsac pipe on a Linkedin page I visit and one fellow replied that the fullsac is a good pipe for moderate gains but to really get good numbers once you add all the hi-po stuff is to go with the Boarzilla. He hasn't tried out the new C pipe and is looking for an example to test out. I'm hoping that Steve's new C pipe is a close comparison to the Boarzilla but to keep it quiet the 2" baffles might hinder a full on hp/tq approach. But then I'm not really after a race bike, just good solid reliable torque to keep the old girl rolling effortlessly.

You can buy a multi bike interface for the TTS Tuner.  Once you install it on your bike, depending on how many bikes you bought for, it will only recognize those ECMs (similar to the SERT)

My goal for the upgrades is better performance but mostly heat management.  I understand the 2 in cores should be comparable to my wild pigs.  Not too loud  but you definetly know they are there.

I was told my Pipes will be here before June, however I have not received the Call yet.  Fingers crossed.

On the A/C the vibrations have not affected your cover yet?

That was the hype and I was told that anything installed would be covered. Maybe I was just being hopeful and they meant the 2 year factory. I don't have the policy with me or I'd check it out.

The A/C seemed pretty stable the last time I check it out. Is the top cover of the air filter unbonding from the element or is the there another cover you were thinking about? I'll check it out the next time I'm home.

I read in earlier threads, the metal around the bolt of the original cover would become weak and the cover would eventually fall off.  Some people put foam strips in key areas to ensure contact was tighter and vibration would not wear the metal as easily.

Any others want to comment?
