That's probably a better condition to have than a high-speed wobble....in my opinion.

Based on the limited description of the issue....would suggest putting up on a jackstand and spin the wheel of your choice.
Look for bad tire/out of round situation/inspect for goose-eggs/bent rim/etc.

Do you feel that it is up front or rear?  Regarding cornering...does the condition worsen or get better and in which direction?

Did you buy new or used bike?  If used...then I'd be inquiring with the seller.

It's still under warranty. Take it to the local dealer and make them fix it.

Got any air in the tires?  Seriously, we had someone else on the site mention a handling issue some time back and it turned out he had about 15 psi in his tires.

It's a new bike.  So once you've verified the simple stuff like tire pressures, give it to your dealer to diagnose and fix.

The folks on this site are more than happy to try to help, but you've got to provide a lot better description of the problems.  That is also true when dropping it off at the dealership.  The more detailed the information you provide, the better the chances they will at least look in the right direction.

My 2010 Ultra did the samething when it was fairly new, I took it back to the dealer for a steering head bearing adjustment and it took care of the issue.

Have your dealer FIX the problem...IT IS AN ISSUE,and it may be in spec, tell them to tighten to the tightest and still be in spec. most likely even overlooked when they did the mediocre set up of the bike without even taking the mandatory test ride...ck the air pressure in your front tire then have them check it and the steering neck bearings!  they are too loose... I tend to be very intolerant of dealer service personell that don't take care of known concerns!!!

It may it's need a slight balance via a weight on a spoke. This is a problem. I suggest a trip to your dealer.
