Gary do you have a dyno chart?????? We would love to see it.

Enjoy the ride but I know you will play hell keeping up with the V rod.

05 - I am very pleased with this upgrade.  When you twist, you better be hangin on.  Huge improvement, before my engine felt like it was half asleep.  Now she is wide awake.  I am keeping up much better with Teresa (however I think she is rolling out of the throttle to boost my male ego and to keep me from wanting more motor upgrades).  I elected to not go with the feuling oil pump but I did go with the zippers oil bypass shim and I am maintaining wonderful oil pressure.

DAWG - I have not had her dynoed yet.  I am using a map from one of our very helpful members and she is running great.  I have a wonderful relationship with the service dept at my local HD dealer (they did the install for me).  They will be installing a Dyno this winter.  When they get it installed I will be taking both the bikes in to be dyno tuned.  As you can tell I love talking about the bikes so you can be sure that when we do get dyno charts we will be posting them.

John Golden will be at MB in October at Murrell's Inlet.  Forget your dealership as they learn how to use the dyno!!  www.rollingthunderdyno.com.  And let me forewarn you if Teresa gets him to do a custom map for the Vrod, she'll be back at the hotel popping open a cold one wondering what's taking you so long!  I'd love to be there so there'd be two V's running wfo on the bypass passing every GUY in sight.  :)

Golden is good, but does not do the SERT (which is what Gary posted he has), only the Power Commander, from what I am told.

If Gary comes to Biketoberfest I can hook him up with a Dyno Tune on the SERT.  BLM on the site also knows Jim from BraggingRights.   BraggingRightsMobiledyno.com   He is also the certified guy for Zippers here in Florida :)  a plus.   He was the guy who I did the 575 tests with, so he is very familiar with the cam package for Zippers.

Dawg,

I had heard it was about done.   Jim was gearing up to be able to weld in the bongs for the o2 sensors.   Actually this system will work very well for the 124 motor in my road king as I can use the touch pad face on their digital read out.   Did you get to see any of the new gauges for the ultra's or other touring models yet Dawg.   This is a setup that would really interest me :)

I am not sure what Gary's budget is, but in either case Thundermax or Sert Jim can get him up and running if he can wait that long to get it tuned.

Harry thanks for the offer but unfortunatly I doubt we will be able to make it to Florida this year.  I was told that zippers will have a dyno at myrtle beach for the fall event and Harley of Greenville will have a dyno this winter (Nov im told).  My bike is running great with the map that I have now so im not in a big hurry to have the dyno tune done, but I know I will have it done when the opportunity arrises.  As far as the budget its pretty tapped out now, but I am in the process of building funds for the next project (whatever that is) ;D

Gary,

Honestly I would let that harley dealer touch my bike for at least a year if not more.

That had crossed my mind.  I am hoping to make it to myrtle for fall event.  Otherwise it may have to wait a while.  But the good thing is I am quite happy now. ;D

Gary...nice mods!!   Glad you're happy with the bike, and I like the other bling you've added as well.  Mods to my motor are a couple of years away, but I'm learning a lot by what guys like you are doing!

But, you ain't never gonna' keep up with her Vrod!!
