Someone (friend) asked me what it would cost to do a stock 110 complete rebuild. anyone know? if anyone knows what a reliable streetable performance rebuild would cost I would like to know. may save my pennies for that. did i just say pennies,i meant benjamins

You can ship it off to Harley for a complete remanufacturing process for about $4200-$4500 (not including remove and install labor).  Follow this link for information on the program:

Of course, if it were me I think I'd rather find a really good independent engine builder to do the deed using better quality parts than stock in critical areas.  But that can get pretty pricey, so it comes down to what a person's priorities are.

Good folks, and they have an outstanding tuner employed there, as well.

That is parts and labor? What parts are U talking about, ie. cams, lifters & push rods, barrels or bored, head work (completed or?)

I dont know,, sounds like in the door, the hook is baited with a meal worm, only to find latter a gold spinner is really needed.. when it sounds to9 good,, i always get  :nervous: :nervous: :nervous:

like i said,it depends what is to be done,we get 995.00 + parts for a normal rebuild.depending on what kind of "performance" build is wanted,we`ve done alot of them (95",103",98" & 107") in the 2000.00-2500.00 range,lots of shops out there trying to retire on everyone that walks in the door,im already semi-retired,we just did a S&S 124" build for 5200.00 out the door.
