Hi all,

Has anyone had any problems with the rear amp (or rear speaker) in the left saddlebag? I am getting some crackling coming out of the left rear speaker but no music, right rear and front speakers are fine, and I've checked all connections, so I'm presuming the rear amp (maybe) has gone. But in saying that wouldn't that also mean the right rear speaker would not work as well, as they would be both running off the same amp. Has anyone come across this problem. I just want to check to make sure I've covered everything before taking it back into the dealer for warranty.

I had the same problem except it was my right rear speaker. First the dealer said it was blown speaker and was replaced, but didn't help. They then changed the amp and has worked fine ever since.. My money is on your amp.

Same problem here with the left rear speaker at first. Then the right rear speaker started going out. The rear amp was bad. Replaced and all is good. Took about 2 weeks to get the amp in.

thanks guys, looks like im off to the dealer to get a new amp then...
