I'm thinkin the legal beagles on this forum all have to be thinking "illegal search and seizure".  Even if the officer had legal cause to stop this guy, he has no way of knowing there's any evidence in the camera without illegally searching it first.

But then what do I know about illegal search and seizure.

I wonder where the deputy's dash cam video of what led up to him pulling the guy over?  Deputy definately needs an attitude check.

Why not the camera, GPS, ankle monitor...
Next comes a full brain scan. In my case they will be bored silly and give up.

Funny how it's always the cop that is the jerk.  I see the guy being arrested being a jerk and not complying with what he's being told.  Regardless of whether you believe the charge or charges may be ridiculous or warranted you can deal with it later.  I'm sure most of us don't know all the Bullchit that led up to this and I'm pretty sure there was a bunch more.  He may have been taking the brunt of it as he was at the back of the pack.  We also don't know what his previous driving record said.  Maybe he was due.

But like they say, everyone has an opinion and we know what opinions are like.
