National BBQ Champion!!!!

Well since I have not been doing a lot of riding in the past few years, most of you know I do competitive BBQ. Well lady luck struck this past weekend in a big way in Washington DC. The team I am the Pitmaster for is The FIREFIGHTING BBQ TEAM. We hit big in DC on Sunday winning THE NATIONAL BBQ CHAMPIONSHIP!!!!!  By far the best win for us. The crew has worked so hard over the last 2 years to make it to this level. Finally I can say WE HAVE ARRIVED!!!!!

I do have sauce in pints. Both our National Championship Sauce and a new blend called Mountain Magic!!!!

For around the house Mountain Magic is the bomb, but when you want to wow the judges with a good bite going down the pipe the Original is the only way to go.
