Lowering a 2009 CVO Springer - question
« on: June 27, 2012, 11:31:01 AM »

I've purchased a set of the Progresive 422s. But, I am trying to decide how much to lower the bike. So first I have to know if my 2009 Springer came lowered from the factory to begin with like some softail models do. If so, I would not have the full 2 inches of lowering adjustment of the 422s at my disposal, maybe only 1 inch of additional lowering at the most.

So anyone with a 2009 CVO - can I lower the bike a full 2 inches from where the stock setting is by using these Progressive 422 shocks?

Any other 422 tips would be appreciated.

I just posted a question in the Technical / Suspension threads concerning the 422s. If you have experience with them, I would like your input over there. Thanks.
Turn55 please post only one thread per topic. Thanks.
